Cancellation Policy

Sometimes, life gets in the way and plans change. That’s why I give my clients the option of cancelling or rescheduling bookings up to 2 days before they are scheduled.

*Short notice cancellations (less than 48 hours notice) are not fully refunded. This is to reduce the number of cancellations and protect my business from booking/cancellation abuse.

Cancellations by Client

More than 48hrs before: Clients can get a full refund or choose to reschedule at no cost if they cancel more than 48 hours before the session was set to take place

48-24hrs: Sessions cancelled between 48 and 24 hours of when the session was set to take place will be refunded 75%

24-12hrs: Sessions cancelled between 24 and 12 hours of when the session was set to take place will be refunded 50%

Less than 12 hours or “no shows”: Sessions cancelled within 12 hours of when they are set to take place will not be refunded. The same applies to “no shows” if you don’t attend the agreed time without notice.

Cancellations by Coach

It’s only fair that I can’t cancel on you any time that I like.

Any sessions that are cancelled within 48 hours due to my fault (e.g. scheduling issues with the studio, etc.) will be fully refunded plus a 25% discount on your next session.

Essentially, a 125% refund policy.
