Free Apps

There are plenty of free apps out there to aid your fitness journey, here are a few of my favourites:

YouTube - I’m sure you’ve heard of it. There are countless tutorials for exercises on here from plenty of brilliant fitness creators! You can also find cooking and meal prep tutorials and all sorts of videos on sports and exercise science!

MyFitnessPal - Track your nutrition in a user-friendly way with MyFitnessPal. It saves time by allowing you to simply scan barcodes of the things you buy, and automatically calculates your daily calorie intake, macronutrients and more!

Strava - Strava is a popular app for tracking and analyzing your outdoor activities, such as running and cycling. It uses GPS to map your routes, records your stats, and allows you to compete with others on certain routes in your area.

Telehab - Although intended as a tool for rehabilitation, VALD’s Telehab has a huge database of exercises with photo and video demonstrations!

Seven - 7 Minute Workout - If you're short on time, this app offers quick and effective seven-minute workouts that you can do anywhere. It requires minimal equipment and provides visual and audio instructions for each exercise.
